Palletizing

Tettix can provide a range of robot palletizers which work both with layers (rotation and positioning of the packs) as well as with rows and could be equipped with multiple gripping or complete layer gripping heads. They can handle packs such as bundles, boxes, crates, multipacks, etc.

The robot palletizers offer a considerably higher flexibility level with respect to the traditional palletizers, as they can be adapted to various format changes, product and/or pattern changes.

The interface operator – machine is controlled by means of a “Touch-Screen” panel, which also supplies indications on the status of the peripheral devices of the system. The customized working cycles and movements are controlled by dedicated software and joystick.
